2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

3. Services

We provide online psychotherapy and consultancy services. All sessions are subject to a separate therapeutic agreement which will be shared with you prior to your first session. Information on the website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Bookings, fees and payment

  • Fees for sessions and digital products are set out on the relevant pages of the website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be charged in full.
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information confidentially in line with our professional obligations and applicable law. Limits to confidentiality (including safeguarding and legal disclosure obligations) are explained in the therapeutic agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and downloadable materials, is the property of Lisa Meighan Therapy and Consultancy Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website:

  • in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or material;
  • to upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses or malicious software; or
