About
Hi, I'm Lisa. I help people feel at home in their own minds.

For ten years, I've sat with people through anxiety, heartbreak, transitions and trauma — and watched them rediscover ground beneath their feet.
I'm a qualified psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychology and a BSc (Hons) with a focus on counselling. I hold Level 4 and 5 Diplomas in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, BPS-approved supervision training, and trauma certification with a focus on sexual assault.
My practice is built on a simple belief: you are the expert on your own life. My job is to walk alongside you — bringing tools, perspective and steadiness — so you can understand yourself more clearly and choose what comes next.
I work entirely online via a HIPAA and GDPR compliant platform, with clients across the UK and beyond. Sessions can be video, audio-only or text-based — whatever feels most comfortable.
