How long does therapy take?+

Most clients begin to feel meaningful change within the first 6–8 weeks. Some stay shorter, some longer — there's no fixed length.

Is online therapy as effective?+

For most concerns — yes. Research consistently shows online therapy is as effective as in-person for anxiety, depression and many trauma-related issues.
